Thoughts on this 1982 Esprit Turbo?

I'm interested in this Esprit Turbo for sale in Sydney, Australia - link

Hoping I can take a look in person in the coming weeks but I'd be grateful if any of the Esprit anoraks on here might be able to pass judgement based on the description / photos?

I'm working on finding out the orginal UK number plate so I can perform MOT / HPI check etc.
