Strange noise

Since yesterday i got a strange noise from my car!I couldn`t find it out where it comes from.I mean from the right side or the middle of the car.

I too have a strange new noise in my S3. It seems to only happen when revving the engine (even when stationary) and doesn't happen when you first start the car but after warming up a bit. Seems to be coming from the belt side of the engine.
Any ideas? I've been told that spraying furniture polish onto the belts can help so will try that tonight.
