Well, I'm new to this forum, and I'm finally starting to get serious about getting an Esprit (S4, S4S). Many many years ago, I first caught the bug, but since I could not afford one, I had to settle with other cars. But I always knew, that one day, I will own an Esprit. So the years have passed, and I'm back with the virus. It might take me a year or two to actually get one, but eventually, I am hoping that everything works out. I'm currently in Vancouver, Canada, and luckily, there is a Lotus dealership here. So if I may ask a few stupid questions on this forum, I would be happy to learn more about these cars.

I hear Seattle, Washington is very active in Lotus cars. It is not too far from where you are.

Yeah, Seattle is just across the border, so not too far away, which is nice. Obviously, there arn't as many Esprits around as in FLorida or California (as a matter of fact, I've only seen one here in Vancouver), which makes them even more exotic. Even in Europe (where I'm from) there are less Esprits than Ferraris or Lamborghinis.

Well there may be quite few more Esprit's than you would think in Seattle. Out of the 10 X180R cars 6 of them were shipped to Seattle and from what I heard and were purchased by Mircosoft employees when they all got rich. I think the numbers were correct. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Other than that the local club there is very strong from what I hear and they have a dealer in town. They are found at
