hi. i'm sure most of you have done this one before. will there be any unrelated parts in the way when i swap new for old sparkplug and ignition wires? should i plan on minutes or hours? thanks.

Not to hard of a task. The only rough part is routing the new wires behind the turbo heat shield at the back of the cylinder head.
I suggest doing them one at a time so you don't get anything crossed up. Should take about 20-30 min taking your time.

Depends if you have to do it with a hot engine or not.
Do it when it's cold. If you forget which wires go to a certain coil pack. The coi; packs have numbers on them.

Front coil pack is 1 and 4. Shouldn't matter which one gets 1 or 4. Easy job by Lotus standards if you have the turbo off and the trunk out. Otherwise, as usual, a PITA. I recommend tying a string around the wires at the coil end, pulling through, tie new wire to string, pull back.

Just put my Magnecor's on myself. Just got her back together, actually. Need to test drive now.
