Looking for fuse box "B"

the service menu indicated that there is a fuse box "B" located in the right hand side of the rear luggage compartment. When I look for it in my 94 S4, I can't find it there...instead there is a carpeted pouch with a cylindrical thing inside (with 2 wires coming out) that the velcroed on the side of the compartment.

Anyone has an idea on where is the "B" fuse box?

There is a bank of fuses in the electrical compartment located just behind the radiator reseviour, along with all you assorted boost solenoids and such.
I don't have my manual in front of me right now but mid-year 94' there was a change in the wiring harness with may have added an additional fuse block in the area in which you checked. But I don't believe the early model year S4 had a fuse panel in this area.
BTW, what you found was your vacuum pump.
