need paint help

Long story but I scratched the car already up on the a pillar. I have an 02 that is yellow, we are having a hard time getting the right paint codes. Any suggestions?

In past models there was a tag in the front compartment with the paint code.

You could contact Fox Valley. I think they are the closest dealer to you.

On the lower part of the left wheel arch there should be a plate with the paint code. If yours is pearl yellow, then it is probably B36 New Lotus Yellow.

Contact Michael Fridman of Michael's Motorsports. I know that he uses a bodyshop that recently matched a customer's Yellow '99 Esprit. Perhaps he can point you in the right direction. He might be at the track this weekend, but send him an email - he is good about responding.

Thanks, I guess the 02 yellow is a one year color because of the pearl?? my body shop said they figured it out. I will get in touch with your guy to make sure on tues.

I had mine painted and it's got the B36 (New Lotus Spice aka Metallic Yellow). Just make sure that the primer that is used is red otherwise the panel will look darker, trust me, I know!!
