Seems to me that there is air in the system...
I see lots of movement in the header tank, and the heater is blowing warm air.. but the temp gauge rises well past 90 almost to red.. I will let it cool down and see if i can add more..

I get lots of hot (ouch) coolant from the Rad bleed screw.

Not sure where else to let air out. Manual says to pinch off the connector hose from chargecooler to seperate them. I think the chargecooler is working - I unhooked the 2 hoses and ran then in and out of small container of water and it flowed nicely..

just seems to be low flow trough the rad....
Ideas welcome..
