Today the mailman delivered my Moto-Concept BOV. I only have one question..........how the heck does it install? If I could read German things would be a lot easier.

The parts in question are an aluminum square with a tapered connection sticking out on opposite sides. These tapered connections do not fit in the two plastic connections sticking out of the actual BOV device itself. So I have four seperate connections for two hoses?

There are also two brass circular shaped things. They are way to big to go around anything supplied with the kit?

I checked Andy Whittakers site, but the pictures shown are for a recirculating one, mine is non-recirculating. Andy Whittaker also mentions there are two ways to install it: Where the MAP sensor connects OR at the back of the fuel rail. Which is better?

The only thing I (think I) know is the small screwdriver supplied adjusts an adjustable screw on the
aluminum square for fine tuning.

Thanks for any help. It is for a 1995 S4s.

I just installed the one from Marcus for the 4 cyl. Esprit. It had a T hose that replaces the hose from the chargecooler the intake plenum, the bov that fits into the hose, a mini hose with a plastic T that one end fit the bov valve and the other splices into the purge line attached to the manifold that goes back to the charcoal canister just below header tank under the trunk. Contact Marcus from Moto Concept at freudhoefer@t-online.de as he is the only one who understand english well.
I will be gone from Friday-Tuesday at North American LOG with hundreds of other Lotus cars.
Good luck,

Guy - Thanks, that is exactly what I needed. The only remaining question is that square aluminum thing which looks integral in the installation but not mentioned in those instructions?

Calvin - Thanks, I sent him an e-mail. You apparently also didn't use that square aluminum thing. I guess I will have some parts left over!
