windscreen wiper motor

hi everyone,

i have an 88 turbo, and my windscreen motor has decided to play silly beggers, does anyone know how i get at the motor? i would say it is via the long panel just below the screen in the car, but i am not sure how to get this panel out. can you help please

On a USA fed car It is located behind the glove box. Are you from the UK and the car right hand drive?
If so I hope the wiper motor is not buried behind the pod.
