SWAP AZURE COMPOSITE ROOF FOR GLASS ONE ?
Discussion
Hi All ,
Just to be different , I would like to swap my lovely 1998 Azure Blue Composite Roof with equally lovely black Alcantara ( however you spell it ; ) headlining , for a Glass Roof preferably with Azure Blue Wind Deflector & Bag .
Ideally I would prefer to keep my roof and buy the rest ... but I`m open to offers or swaps or whatever .
Cheers ,
Paul .
I have a glass roof spare
No bag.
No deflector.
No Fittings (they are all on the CF roof panel i have
instead).
I never intend to use the glass again as i hate the
heat that comes from it. So would be interested to swap but imagine you would be better holding out.
I'd think though, anyone with a bag and deflector would want to keep it to put the roof panel in should they remove it?

Yeah, i guess i would
All the time in my ownership its gonna sit wrapped
up in the garage, and i suppose IF i ever achieve any
kind of heat tolerance then i can get another...
Would be a pain (no pun intended) posting it though.
Click my profile and E-mail me offline so's we can
sort out where we both live/posting etc.
To be fair to you:
Check the price of all the fittings you will need.
I don't think they are dirt cheap from memory (or i'd
have both my glass and CF roofs fitted up to swap
when i felt like it), and never having had a composite
roof i don't know what parts are useable off yours...
