Problems with Repoglas

Hi kids..Ordered clear parking lenses from Daniel at Repoglas in Sweden on March 23rd. Paypal, his only method of payment, charged my credit card, but have yet to recieve the lenses. Two e mails to him have gone unanswered. I try not to complain about venders, but I'm starting to feel like I've been had. Just a word of warning. Thanks for listening. Dave 90SE

Dave, I've just sent reproglas an e-mail and got an instant reply. They said that they were having problems a few weeks back but now everything OK. They reckon they've sent mine out already. I'll let you know when I receive them.

Dave... Just recieved an email from Daniel asking if I had gotten the lenses yet. I'm assuming they're on the way...I hope. Kinda of pricey, but I had to have them. They will look great with the clear driving lights below.
Marcus... The lenses we ordered, called parking lights in the US, are on the front of the car...not the marker lights, on the sides. Hmmmm...clear side lights might look good. I'll be in touch. Didn't know you stocked them. More money down the Lotus pit.

I have a G-type esprit. Been looking for clear lenses for the front signal lights. It looks like the 88-93 lenses shown on Marcus' post will fit. Does anyone know if they will fit a G-type esprit??

Just letting you know ... I rec`d my Reproglass ( supplied by Radicast I think )clear front lenses today .... and I only ordered them 10 days ago.

They seem O.K. ... I`ll see if they fit later today .

I had been waiting for Marcus`s to come out ...which I think will be worth checking out ... but I`ve just missed out on them .

Mine arrived today from Radicast (reproglas). Looks great!

BTW, for those wanting stevens clear lenses, why don't you buy 4 amber/clear ones, cut them in half and stick them together. It's less than half the price.

ps. for the Us spec cars, why don't you then join up all the amber ones and sell those on Ebay? Surely you would get a few dollars few them!

im after some clear lenses for my 1997 esprit but they are more than the ones radicast offer. is there a difference in quality?
ive just ordered some bits off u and was very happy.
would like to put more business your way

Hi Dave,
We have compared the quality of the other clear lenses out there against our new front indicators and I can honestly say that the ones we can offer now are really superiour. We got them made by the same manufacturer who also does the OEM Audi lenses. The material is extremely cleaR (no bubbles), the shape, the sealing-edge and surface (with all the markings) is 100% like the original ones. IMHO there actually is a lot of difference in quality.

BTW, our small side repeaters are of way lower quality.
