GT3 advice! HELP!

What should I be paying for a 97 GT3? I'm still looking around and as soon as finance permits I would like to snap one up asap! I want a low mileage model all the usual FLSH and leather, aircon etc. Ive seen prices all over the show from £16-£24k!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
