Quality of paint finish!!

Almost certain that the front area is painted. Bulbs should not have an overspray on them as thay are assembled after the paint. The vehicle ID tags or plates that are missing on the right front wheel arch/right front bulkhead is strange. They do not leave the factory without them, I have not seen an Esprit without them before.
