I've caught a rock with 1 of the rears on my V8 and torn it

I ordered a pair of Goodyear Eagle F1's from MyTyres.co.uk over a week ago and I still don't have them. What's really annoying is that they're not being incredibly useful. I wouldn't mind if they'd just say this week, next week, next year whatever. But they just say we don't know

Does anybody know of anyone in the UK that would stock a pair of 285/35ZR18's?

Not many places would have those sizes in stock, but most could get them next day. Somewhere big like micheldever would probably have them on the shelf.

I've used mytyres before more than once and found them ok.

I had a quote for 2 rear tyres on my S4s (same size as V8) last weekend from Newbury Tyre and Exhaust Centre Tel: 01635 40028 They quoted me
£220 each for Dunlop SPs'
and get this
£125 each for Pirelli Rosso's ( aparently on special at the moment )
Both next day delivery to them.

I've had the Rosso's on my other car, and they're not a bad tyre but they do wear quickly.

Hope that helps

How many people have recommended MichelDever now????

For some reason I ordered them from MyTyres.co.uk - having had a Scooby for quite a few years they're quite highly regarded on ScoobyNET, so I thought I'd give them a go.

This is now the 4th time since ordering them from MyTyres that someone has said to me "Micheldever". I tried emailing them a few days ago but with no response.

However ....

I've just phoned them and I now have a pair of P Zero's on their way to me for tomoz for a bargain price of about £150 a tyre

Cheers guys

Regardless of the price, I suggest getting the Michelin Pilot Sports over the Pirrelis. Massive difference in ride quality and grip.
If you do a search on my name, read the thread I posted about these tyres a couple of years ago. I ran at the same time, brand new Pirellis' on one of my S4s and brand new Michelin's on the other S4s, so you can read my first hand comments.
