S3 Esprit Restoration

After 25 years and 80,000 miles of ownership my Esprit is in dire need of a full restoration.
It will be a full body off job.Mechanicals and bodywork will be done and probably interior (I am slightly undecided on this).
I am prepared to pay for top quality work.
Any recommendations ?

I do know someone who is the very best. His work is better than when new and can do it all he is a genius, He has his own car that can be viewed and he is working on an s3 turbo at the moment.
