I absolutely refuse to call JAE ever again, so anyone know where i can pick up a wastgate frequency control valve in the U.S. for my 90SE? When my stock turbo went south, it sent a bunch of oil through the solenoid, and I think it's fried. Also, anyone know the FULL Lotus part number for it? I only found A082M6420, and I think there is a letter missing at the end of that number.

Yeah, I got the number from Tony's site, but Lotus says that there is a letter missing at the end of the number... M6420something..

They just never resolved a couple of issues for me...one was an incomplete shop manual, also sent me the wrong cam cover gaskets and if I remember blew me off on a window regulator that I wanted to order. They just never made good on the first two problems...so I'd like to shop elsewhere. Most people have good things to say about them though...not sure why I struck out there.

BTW, Ray ordered one up for me....thanks for the tip guys.

It's hard to believe that JAE would not bend backwards to support their customers. I'm extremely pleased with their service. They've spent lots of time on the phone with me to assist me in parts, or in figuring out how to install/remove parts. I wasn't going to reply to this thread, but I am really please with their service and felt like speaking up...

I like Ray at RD. He is a little higher priced than JAE but I have not had to wait long for parts. 3-5 days and it is usually here unless he tells you different.

Strange...I have always had great support from JAE. They have spent time on the phone with me helping to troubleshoot a part and have always been decent on prices. I actually just placed a large order with them today and had the same great service. Sorry you had a problem with them.
