Info on S4 & SE ECM

I know the S4 has a different mem cal, but are the ECM's from all SE's & S4's interchangable and if not what should I look out for.

Does anyone know of an ECM repair specialist who can repair the ECM's in the UK. (This is just in case my worst fears come true and the ECM is faulty)
