Window wireing question....

Hello guys,
I got a 1991 Esprit, and my power windows arent working. I tested the curcit and there is no power going to the yellow wire (some with a black stripe) in fuse #34.
Can someone tell me if there is another fuse someplace that feeds that curcit, or where that wire gets power from.
I would appreciate any help.
This is my little project car.. and I have a bunch of little stuff to do, so any help is really appreciated.
