Mechanic hour fee and looking for a new mechanic

Is 70USD/hour a reasonable fee???. I don't know, but it kinda sound like too much for me.
How much is a reasonable fee?
And if somebody knows PLEASE tell me about a good Lotus mechanic in the Philadephia area!!

up for an hour drive, Princeton Lotus
is very good.
