Where to get the "REAL" 02 tail light conversion

I'm looking for the real 02 round tail light conversion kit (the one
that requires cutting the lip). Anyone know how much it cost with the
fiberglass rear panel and round lights and where? I'm planning to
have the back end of my 99 repainted next month and figured that I
could do the conversion too. I'm getting her ready for LOG.
