when the gauge is pegged then i am too busy keeping the car on the road to bother to understand if it is 1.1or 1.2..............
Engineering school taught us -- do not try to interpret a needle position between ticks on a gauge.. just pick the nearest tick and that is what you can take based on the accuracy of the gauge.
if Lotus has only 3 ticks you can be at half bar or one bar.. ( or zero )if you want the decimal points then you need a different gauge.

it's a matter of preference. Personally, I like full-sweep analog better than cyberdyne. The eye (at least mine!) seems to be able to situate things better on a gauge with an arm than having to see a number and then try to figure out what that number means. Also, if you get a 2-1/16" gauge, it should fit in the stock boost gauge's location. I bought a Z-series from Autometer, full face 30mmHG-20psi gauge and it fit like a charm. TO install it, simply connect the bulb to the oem bulb wires and run a vacuum wire to the engine. I teed off of the hard plastic MAP sensor line. it's not the best pic, but:
hope it helps.
