What type of oil do you run?

Does anybody know if Mobil 15W - 50 Synthetic is ok to run in a S4? I did an oil change, ran it and then let it sit for a couple of hours. Went for a drive and the check engine light came on for about 3 minutes.

I use AGIP synthetic, I hear you will void the warranty of a new Lambo if you use anything else. The Esprit fact file has a list of approved oils. Check the ECM section of the esprit fact file to find out how to read the trouble codes using only a small piece of wire. It's very easy and will tell you why your computer was giving you the check engine light.

I use Mobil 1 synthetic 15/50 in my '87 Turbo Esprit.
The check engine light came on for another reason. What will trigger that is a sensor reading out of range.
