I am guessing that any wheel for a camaro/firebird or a wheel with a hub adapter for a camaro or firebird will fit?

THanks

Rob,

No, a Camaro or Firebird adapter will not work. Are you wanting an airbag wheel like this:
www.lotusenthusiasts.org/Downloads/FAQ/WheelInstall/Default.asp

or a non-airbag wheel?

IIRC, there is a Momo adapter that fits an Isuzu Impulse that will work for Momo wheels although it's not a great fit. There are a couple of other owners I believe who have come up with other options but I don't remember what they were at the moment.

I also have some of the adapters left from our Group Buy shown in the link above for any of the Raid airbag wheels and I think they can be adapted to the non airbag wheels.

Contact me off list if you would like more info.

How much is the airbag wheel? I don't really want an airbag, but if it's cheap enough.... my horn buttons have gone south and i NEED a horn...

If you just want to do it on the cheap, I've got an OEM wheel I'll sell you for $50.

Least expensive Raid airbag wheel was $450 plus $180 for the adapter kit which included all the wiring, bolts and fasteners needed for the conversion.

There's a chap in the states called "Claudius" who advertises on LEW as a Lotus specialist. He can make up bosses for steering wheels.

This is how I managed to put the Momo Millenium steering wheel on my GT3 (The standard Momo bits are slightly different from the comercialy available ones.)

Have a look on my owners page. Nick Nunn GT3

He did a very nice job on the boss.

Rob,

If you just need the horn buttons I'll give them to you. I was wanting to blow up the airbag anyway. :

I can't look up how much the boss was or send you a pic as I'm working abroad at the moment.

I think it was around $300 and I presume it was machined alloy. Email the chap in question and I'm sure he will help you. www.lotuspbc.com/

I'm fussy yet was very pleased with the finished item.
