DIGITAL CLOCK

Can anybody please tell me how to set the time on my digital clock in my 1983 Lotus Esprit Turbo series 3 ? I can strip a gearbox,rebuild an engine,recondition calipers and master cylinders but i cant set this bloomin CLOCK .i have tried the two small holes at the front of the clock but to no avail,has the clock to be removed from the heedliner to adjust? please help SID

In my 87, the clock has a rocker-arm type switch on the bottom of the clock. Don't know about the 83. Do you have an owner's manual? If not, someone w/an owner's manual for the 83 needs to chime in.

I can't change mine either - it is stuck at 12:00. I tried the buttons but no go.

Get a thin wire or easier still, get a paper clip and unbend it so that you have at least an inch of straight wire. Poke it into the small holes.

The hole on the left side advances the hours and the hole on the right side advances the minutes.

For each poke of the wire, it will advance by one. Be sure that you stick it in straight (no jokes, pls! LOL!).

If that doesn't work, keep playing with it since I'm guessing that dust, dirt, or residue is gumming up the inner switch. Hope that helps.
