If I recall correctly the first 2 JPS Esprits were given to Team Lotus' drivers at the time, Mario Andretti and Ronnie Peterson, so this No2 should have a bit of history behind it.

The owner has a picture of Colin handing the keys to Mario while he sits in it, plus a letter (to the owner?) from Mario telling him to enjoy one of his favorite cars.

Yep, but I've only seen it going in the opposite direction through town. I'll see about getting together with him, probably after the holidays.

BTW, your S4 turned out really nice! I had my doubts when I saw your early posts (I thought it might be too radical, and the car was in pristine shape), but I really like the way it turned out. It sounds great too! When I'm ready, you might be hearing from me...

Hi Luke. Greetings from Arizona. The cars looks and sounds great! Bill sent me a link the other day. I'm very happy with my '01 V8. I'm thinking about getting the tail light conversion. I'll try to post some pics one of these days. In the meantime, take good care of Lady Jane.
