Hi,

Please forgive my overly cautious nature, but your survey seeks quite a bit of personal information.

In this day of heightened concern over identity theft and the like, what is the purpose of this survey? How will the information collected be used and/or disseminated? How will we know?

Take no offense at my questioning, but you don't seem to be a regular contributor to this forum, despite being a 34 month member of PH, nor does your profile indicate that you are a Lotus owner.

Hi Chuck am more than happy to provide basic details for you which I have done. But as Jim suggests many people like him and myself will not provide phone numbers and private address details to the general public. Everything else is fine.
Your survey results are very interesting. Nice website too.
