boost

hey guys
i own a esprit turbo hc a have a lot modifications done
chargecooler emerald ignition carbs rejetting etc...
but is it normal to have 0,7 boost by 25% trottle at a constant 180 km/h?
Is this normal?

I have experimented with the SBC iD II boost controlled but have now gone back to ECU boost control.
