Cost of painting the car,other questions!

Hey guys,

Im in the process of fully restoring my 90 SE. Im getting this thing in perfect condition. Mechanically speaking,its 150% percent!!!!

Im looking to refresh the interior and give her some new paint. The car is Calypso Red. WOuld you guys go back with the same color or change altogether? Which is really best to do? Most people tell me to stick with the red.

Also, Im going to have the interior refreshed,etc....Anyone know if anyone has any Lotus leather for sale? I also need some various parts like weatherstripping,window felt, carpet and the sunroof latches. What is a good source for all of these parts.!!!

I would say it depends on you and if you want to keep the car or sell it. I had mine resprayed last year (full details on my site) but made the decisions to change it from Calypso red (or iffy pink) to a non standard met Green. I've not met anyone who has not liked my car but can see that a full spray to a different colour could put off a new buyer.
