Esprit Windows....

Hi friends! I am in the process of buying a 1980 Esprit, which is in fairly good condition overall, but it has a problem: missing right window, and missing right quarter panel window...Can any of you help me with this matter? Does anybody in the US has windows from donor cars to sell? any help would be very appreciatted...thanks...Rob

Hi,

Hate to conflict with Mark, but there are numerous stories of unscrupulous dealings with Sports Car World, two of whom I know personally - use at your own risk.

Another possible source is LoCan Glass. I have a friend who sourced a replacement windshield for an Esprit from them for more than $1000 less than my insurance co. paid for my replcement. Find them at:

..I just received answer from locan glass, telling me the cannot help with the glasses...hope to find someone who will....

We got some glass for the S1 we are restoring from Sportscarworld. They shipped them and other parts to New Zealand and we had no problem.
