2001 Esprit Alternator

The alternator itself is a GM part from one of their biggish cars (Saab/Opel etc) and isn't too dear.
As for fitting, it is possible to do it yourself with "normal garage" tools. There aren't any secrets. The alternator sits on the bottom right hand side of the engine (sorry, you'll have to roll around on the floor!) and is driven by a fifty foot long serpentine belt. It might not be exactly fifty foot long....
It just depends on how comfortable you are with a spanner...?
