Hi roadburner,

If you look at the various posts on exhaust cam cover housing leaks you will realise that this is a common problem. It may be that the O ring seal on the rear of the cam housing has hardened and is leaking or the leak is from the mating surfaces of the cam housing and cylinder head. The former is easy and cheap to sort and the latter is a fairly difficult and time consuming. I would suggest rectifying the former first and checking to see whether the leak is still apparent. If it is you need to remove the cam housing and re-seal it. While you are in the process it would definitely be worthwhile looking at replacing the cam belt and checking & adjusting the valve clearances.

As I said in the first place - there are some excellent responses to this problem in earlier posts.
Good luck.
