Esprit tail lamps - part no

I know the esprit rear lamp clusters are toyota (corolla?) items, but there are quite a few versions out there and I don't know the esprit well enough to tell them apart!

Can someone provide me with a part number please, or point me in the right direction to which ones they are?

Or better still, lend me a pair for a weekend?!! (Yorkshire)

think the rears of from a Celica, not a Corolla, but either way i dont have any spares ! good luck. . .have you tried Flea bay ??

pretty sure they are levin (corolla)... but then I dunno..


so no i havent tried fleabay cos I dont knwo what to look for lols!!

Please clarify your cross-reference part numbers. Both sets of LH/RH numbers, No Foglamp, and With Foglamp, list two different Toyota part numbers. The second numbers for the two lamps with no foglamps, are the same as the second two numbers for the lamps with foglamps.

How can the "No" and "With" tail lamps be different, yet each cross-ref to the same set of second part numbers?

For what it's worth, my cross-ref file lists the following:

Lotus Esprit - S-Turbo Tail Light Cross-ref:
1985 Toyota Corolla SR5 3-door -- AE86
81561-1A240 Left
81551-1A240 Right

I'm in the USA, and this applies to Federal tail lights. The numbers agree with the second/ alternate part numbers you posted for both styles of lights. So I can confirm some of your numbers, but I'm still confused and my question stands.
