Slightly Rough Idle

Just bought my first Lotus yesterday. A '91 Esprit with 24,500 miles. I'm new at this so bear with me. The guy that sold me the car just had the "C" service performed at 21,000 miles. When I drove the car back to Chicago yesterday, it drove fantastic. No problems.....except that I notice when I'm sitting still, the idle is a little rough (sits between 1000 and 1100 rpm). Please tell me day one that this is no big deal. What could be causing this? P.S. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I'm sure that I going to get to know the local Lotus mechanic on a first name basis. Thanks for your time. Chip.

Another Esprit in Chicago. If the idel bothers you get the chip upgrade from Sanj at the(Chicago Lotus club). It will smooth out the idle if it bothers you. Just normal that's all.
