The Yahoo UK Esprit Egroup and LotusEspritWorld are organising an Esprit runout and lunch just outside Oxford on Sun, 26th Sept.

The venue is:

The Talk House
Wheatley Road,
Stanton St. John
Oxford,
OX33 1EX

Time. 10:30am onwards.

If you have an Esprit but are not yet a member of either of these groups we would still like to see you.

Brian Angus the Esprit platform manager and another colleague from Hethel will be joining us. Brian will be giving us a short presentation on the latest development relating to the Esprit (parts supply etc...) at lunch.

If you want to come along, want a lunch reservation etc.. please email me.

Regards
Dermot

Can soon to be buyers of Esprit's come along?

Hey! Thats a better reason to go than anything

Gives you a chance to see whats about, and being without one you can beg passenger rides and compare models too. I'd say going to a decent size meet is more informative than many of the books written.

See you there?

PS where are you?, Tell the forum as someone in your area may give you an Esprit lift there (worked for me).

gaz - send dermot a mail if you want to have lunch - he'll need numbers. Other
than that its very informal... expect about 20 esprits.

Cheers
Rob

Hi Tony
Always have a look to see if your garage is open, never caught you in though. Had wondered how it was going. Remember i WANT to help with putting the body back on - or at least watch if you have pros to do all the work!
My SE goes in for service soon, but i will be at Castle Combe this saturday (11th) and hope to get it back for this Oxford meet.

See you soon anyhow.

Kylie,
If you had any good footage of you Esprit meets, or your car out and about in NZ, I might be able to include it in the final film.
Drop me an email at alan.paterson5@ntlworld.com if interested.
Kind regards
Alan

Wow, looked like a good turnout, how many actually went? Seems you were fairly lucky with the weather as well.

I made it on Sunday. someone counted 51 Esprits in the car park. Most I've seen in a small pub car park.
