Chrysler has an red/orange paint similar in color to the cam cover/intercooler box. The wrinkle paint has a formulation that allows the paint to shrink a little as it dries creating the wrinkles. A auto paint store has those types of paint. a custom mix probably can be mixed if you want an exact match but there may be a minimum amount usually a gallon. But I have seen some stores do it for a pint.

I've just rebuilt the engine in my 89 SE and used Hammerite Smooth Paint in Red to redo the cam cover, inlet covers and chargecooler using their metal primer as a base layer, it looked spot on colour wise and produced a more pleasant finish - I know this is a bit off if you're after originality but from looking tidy in the engine bay I was very happy.
