No Towing eye? series 2/3

Having almost finished my project (Esprit series2 on a 3 series chassis) and started using it i was wondering if it breaks down where can you attatch a tow rope?

I haven't tried it, but I was once told that a front wishbone is the only place to use.
You'd need to be very careful with the angle of the rope though.

When it's been immobile (rarely of course ), I've called a flat bed truck and it's been winched on. That's not straightforward either.

Here's hoping you won't need to fine out.

The U-hoop at the rear of the chassis is OK for that.
