Momo Horn Button with Lotus Logo...

I recently changed my Lotus Steering wheel with a Momo Steering wheel from Lotus. It's awesome and I love it! However, the center horn button is a "Momo" logo'd button. I am looking for a "Lotus Emblem" logo button.

I ordered a replacement Lotus horn button made for the Momo wheel from JAE. However, it's to big and it won't fit. Apparently, the Momo wheel made specially for only Lotus is not the same in horn button size as the Momo you would buy off the shelf. It is actually only about an inch in diameter and not the standard 1 5/8.

When I contacted LCU, John told me that Lotus does not have this part. However, he said people that own this same steering wheel has had the sticker emblem made with the Lotus logo and have replaced the Momo emblem.

So my question is, has anyone reading this done this? If so, can you steer me in the right direction? You wouldn't happen to have any extras, would you?
