Hi Chaps,
How would they compare as Sunny day toys?

Different as chalk and sausage.
The Trevor is a sledgehammer to the Lotus Exocet. The Lotus is a much more refined car, although the Trevor is real brutal fun. I would guess the lotus is rarer too.
Usual answer - drive both.
I had the hots for a Maserati until I drove the V8 Esprit and that really turned my head!
I would also venture to say that a post '98 Esprit has better build quality, especially in the trim dept.... (runs and hides behind the parapet)

The Cerbie sounds like a proper supercar. The Esprit handles like one.

Of course the 4 pot is the faster of the Esprits, lighter, nimbler and more raw.
That's actual fact and I'm not influenced at all...

Which V8 are you talking about ? Just that some of the V8s (obviously not yours) are a tadge lardy and slooooooow biggrin
