Donington "special" Esprit S

At Donington Lotus show 2 weeks ago, I noticed this Esprit S pictured here :

It has some non standard items such as, among others (Turbo SE front spoiler and rear wing), the aerodynamic devices forward of the front wheels, the 3 parts wheels. These are the same as a french only Turbo SE limited edition called "Colin Chapman".
So, my question is : is this a factory Esprit S UK limited edition, a factory option, a dealer fitting or simply owner modifications?

I think its an X180R by the looks of things?

It looks like a 180R but I thought it was a USA only limited edition and was based on the Turbo SE and not the S. Is this correct?
