From a V8 Cerbera to a V8 Esprit

Anyone done it? Were you glad you did it? (honestly!)
Are running costs similar?
How did they compare?

did it the other way round
from a Se Turbo to a tuscan
found that the esprit needed a lot to be "finished".
the Tuscan simply was
but there is something that defines riding a lotus
it feels planted where the tuscan never did.
