To all skiing experts! Carbon fiber Ski Boots?

I am thinking about getting a new pair of ski boots for this season and I am starting to obsess about a particular pair. I seem to remember seeing a pair in Canada last year that were really special, but I cant remeber the name of the boot or the company that makes them!

They were essentially a soft boot, much like a snowboard boot that rear loaded into a carbon fiber frame to give rigidity and to actually clip into the ski.

The idea being that you could just unclip these soft boots and you were ready to go off for some apres ski.

Does anybody know anything about them?

I thought so as well, but I remember it getting very a good review. I would be interested in seeing it in action at least.
