Anyone got any predictions for tonight - the Fedor Emelianenko V Brett Rogers fight?

Also, where the hell can we watch it. ESPN had a preview on a (new?) MMA show yesterday but haven't listed it - to55ers have some German football matches on instead, groan!!!

I'll post a link up to a stream in a bit if I can.

Fedor, Mussasi, Werdum, Roxy and Miller are my picks of the fights I can remember.

It's repeated tonight at 9 pm on Bravo. I won't say what happened but it was a good fight worth watching.

Sorry for the late thanks but thanks!

I missed the internet streams but will try and catch the Bravo showing which I hadn't seen advertised.

Cheers

I was worried when rogers was on top, fedor got out of it by going for an arm bar but that wouldnt work on lesnar, he'd have lost right there. Good punch at the end though. Soko didnt gas out after the first round either! amazing!

Fedor wouldn't fight the same against Lesnar though.

Soky was using his judo for once as well, I was dead chuffed. I loved that little trip from Mousasi at the end of round one.

This is an excellent article on Fedor. One of the more insightful pieces I've seen lately in the MMA media.

Just got back from watching UFC 105

My thoughts

Pearson was awesome, showed he should do well
Wilks was disappointing, although good attempt at kamura
Bisping did extremely well. He had Kang on top of him for the 1st round and managed to avoid punishment and kept putting him back inside guard or 1/2 guard. Excellent in 2nd round, took him down and punished him on the way up everytime. I had Kang to win that one.
Hardy was good. Shame he didn't finish fight when he had chance don't know why he kept trying to take Swick to ground. Wont stand a chance against GSP.
Couture & Vera, mixed. I thought Vera won, friends had Couture won. Couture stiffled the fight and didn't hurt Vera, Vera hurt Randy when he had chance. Disappointing from the Natural & the Truth

Undercard,

Winner was excellent, brutal KO. Read that Taylor & Kelly lost, both a shame and I guess that means that Taylor will be out of UFC now, shame for my home town lad. Always an exciting fighter.

Just watched it too (on tv) and I also thought that Vera won.

Pearson, Winner, Bisping and Hardy all put on good performances (especially Pearson, I though he looked superb)

I didn't think Wilks was up to much when I watched him on the ultimate fighter and this just confirms it, he has decent submissions but he is far too easy to hit.

Also agree that Hardy is going to get smashed by GSP (take down, ground and pound, take down, ground and pound ...)

FTAO Devlash / Xitup / etc.

Any idea where I can get the prelims from to watch.

The ESPN broadcast only had the 1st two undercard fights, and we want to see the other brit fighters.

Cheers
Tim.

I too gave that to Vera, but hey, judges see what they want. Agree with most of that, and just to add that Gustafsson looked pretty solid, that was one hell of a straight right. Bisping's defense on his back was fantastic, Kang looked very dangerous. Didn't see the Osipczak fight, would like to catch that.
