Gymnastics is a sadly underappreciated sport. Absolutely awesome what they can do puts people like footballers to shame. Some of the falls and knocks they take are astonishing yet they just get back up and keep going without fuss.

TBH its not the falls and knocks that makes it impressive its the training hours to get to a basic level. The gymnasts at this level are training 8 hours per day 6 days per week.
