Just wondering what other people do on here to keep fit.

My own reagime includes swimming 1000m most days, the Gym, Biking and jogging.

Between injuries, my "fitness" regime includes martial arts, rock climbing, weights and gym bicycle.

Run between 80 and 120 miles a week, plus some circuit training when not injured frown

I swim or run most days, some days both.

My swim is 1500m - 2500m depending on time and I can only really run about 4 miles at the moment but am trying to build it up.

I'm looking at getting into cycling when my cycle to work scheme starts next month.

Weights and/or circuit cardio most days, martial arts training twice a week or so...
