Ah well , time for our annual pilgrimage to bumhole lane tonight, will the mighty sheffield wednesday manage to continue their 4 match unbeaten run against the pigs or will it all come crashing down round our ears?

I await the PH massive's response as to the result of what is without doubt the biggest game in english football.....;)

(p.s....any unitedites reading this, dont throw flares at us outside or wee into pop bottles to chuck down on us from your stand, its not funny and it'll just cause trouble, and we dont want to have to kick your asses twice in one evening...unless we really have to)

Have wonderful friday.....................WTID

Thank you for your overwhelming response (anybody would think there was some other derby match this weekend...rolleyes)

for the record we lost 3-2 in a full bloody local derby and we scored 2 own goals which, if i'm honest, did make a tad difficult.....grumpy

My Mum (Utd) and Sister (Wed) watch this with some interest.... A draw is always a welcome result in our house (Or 18 years ago when we actually lived in the same house)

Oh zeb you are funny!

You only scored one own goal, Henderson scored the other,as you can clearly see on the replay.
Bet you got all excited in the second half when we tried to give you a chance to get back into the game you were never in until then.

Still, all in all one of the better derby games, they are usually so crap to watch it is no wonder the thugs need to engage in a little rough & tumble ;-)

oh yes clear as mud. Judging by the fact your didnt sing a word in the second half we'll work on the assumption you were not as confident as you are now

Dont get me wrong, you deserved the win as we were woeful in the first half but second half we were unlucky not to come away without a point

.....and you know it......tongue out

To be honest mate I came away from the match very unhappy. You could see that Blackwell's tactics for the second half consisted of 10 men behind the ball, & protect the lead & forget about scoring any more.

We kicked off 3 times in the second half & all 3 went straight back to our keeper. WTF????

You did play some decent stuff in the second half I agree, but due to lame brain Blackwell we forgot about the football :-(

Still, I suppose the 500 mile round trip was worth it in the end :-)
