Groundhog day...

Well.... being the glutton for punishment that I am, there's no time like the present to kick off a thread about the next installment of smelly, soap dodging pom vs theiving convict scum banter that we all know and love (well most of us anyway). For the more gentlemanly folk please start a "PC ver" so nobody gets upset with the toungue in cheek fun that we always get into.

We convicts have some pride to salvage so lets hope it's a good contest and not a one-sided (OK, thats a lie again - I hope we flog you!)

So first for Australia is the crunch match against Scotland.

Scotland who were recently savaged by ODI giant killers Ireland,

Scotland: 109 (40.3 overs)
Ireland: 205-9 (50.0 overs)
Ireland beat Scotland by 96 runs

Will be looking for a good win against Australia before the players have to go back to school for the new term.

In fairness Ireland are a decent side. I would expect them to thump the sweaties.

If the cons don't beat the sweaties by 10 wickets / 250 runs they will look liks an even bigger bunch of whinging pansies than they do now.

Sounds like Pup has to lead the subdued Aussie lads for the ODI/T20 games. Punter arrived back here lastnight.

Yeah Punters gone home for six of the best and a good telling off. And after Rianna's finished with him the board of Cricket Australia want a word too....

You know you've played badly when Shah is your best bowler!

Jocks v Cons tomorrow, I hope both sides lose smile

Slow wicket, not our A team and clearly they didn't want to be there.

A professional win, but made it look like hard work.
