Havng decided after seing U2 and Oasis in the last month or so at Wembley, we're interested in going to see some football being played there.

On further investigation, it looks like there are a whole load of fking hoops the FA are now making you jump through an inordinate amount of hoops just so you can feel priviedged at paying £165 per ticket.

The site says:

a) you have to register for a fan number from the FA. You cannot access the ticket sale site without this number.

b) to be elligible to purchase match tickets, you must make an extra purchase to even be able to qualify for purchasing ONE!

c) tickets are limited to one per member, and limited to 5 members per group.

So, you have to register, pay for membership, buy your ticket, get X other people to register pay for membership and buy their tickets.

This sounds like a complete load of st. Even if they all manage to get tickets, how are the 4 people in this group meant to know that they will be sitting together??

Seems very complicated when all we want to do is watch a game of bloody football. mad

Anybody who's in the know about exactly what hoops you DO have to jump through?

Cheers
