Last hard training sessions tomorrow (am and pm) then 2 days of stretching and 'carb loading' Going to get dragged out for a ruby the night before so should have plenty of extra propulsion for the big day!

The obstacles are alot better at toughguy and i found it more fun than survival of the fittest. Toughguy is more demanding on the upper body but i do prefer that to running!
I found the only queues were on the water slide and then going through that sewer tunnel along with the ramp over the taxi.
But yeah a good 10mins or so with them all combined!
Toughguy is everyman for himself. Alot better as you can push people out of the way. But then again the queues for that are massive as all 5000+ entrants go off together
