If anyone has a ticket for Lords that they can not now make use of, would appreciate the headsup.

Good to see the name change.

There will be more.

Funny that. Had I posted under my regular username I expect I would have had no trouble.

Zod, you going on a corporate day out?

Dave

I will keep the name updated as applicable - its just a bit of banter! I'll change the username back to ****** at teh end of the series.

I doubt that will happen either.

1 test in the series IMO.

Last one was fantastic entertainment if not the best display by either team.

If you get offered two tickets let me know and we can continue the banter in a more congenial atmosphere!

I'll buy the first round wink

I'm gutted as I was offered golf tickets for The Open - which I have turned down.

I should have taekn them up adn offered them as a trade for Lords tickets!

Now that is a schoolboy error.

Only option will be the queues on Monday if it goes that far!

I think that's pretty much sold out as well. But if not, and depending on the situation of the game, i'l probably be there.

Don't they always hold back some tickets?

I know they always used to to give some refund leeway.

Ahhh, I didn't know that. I do like going up on nthe 5th day, you get a roaming ticket at Lords which is great. Any idea on the cost of a ticket?

Ahh, there you have me.

Last time I went on a Monday was more than 5-6 years ago and was £10 to gain entry.

Was test series against Sri Lanka, so you can probably work out a date from that.

Since then I have always had a ticket in advance.

Like the recent three day test against the Windies were I had a day four ticket. Bum.

Not to worry, It was £20 last year against New Zealand. They normally mention it on TMS.

I was offered a couple of tickets for Friday today, but I'm busy that day, so a colleague took them. frown

Gutted. I'm too bust for The Open on Friday, but I would have moved mountains for Lords. One of my team mates is a member and he couldn;t even swing extra tickets this year. frown
