.Guys. Law 2 seems pretty unambiguous to me. Unless a fielder is injured, he cannot have a sub replace him if he goes off the field.

Change of shoes/shirt, toilet break etc all needs to be done with 10 on the fiels.

So, two questions:

1. Do the Aussies do it? I've not really taken notice until today.
2. If they do, what is the point of Ponting mentioning it?
3. If the Aussies don't do it, why are the Poms gettign away with it?

I mention it because apparently Ottis Gibson was talking about his bowlers coming off to have a rest during the Aussie 1st innings.

Well it needs sorting out. Its cricket not American Footie. Players are taking the piss lol, and its up to the umpires(there are enough of them these days)to sort it out.biggrin
